Arsenal Away Tickets for Crystal Palace Clash

Arsenal’s travelling support is heading back to Selhurst Park, with the club confirming ticket and access details for the Premier League clash against Crystal Palace on Sunday, May 24, at 16:00.

This one will be tight. The Gunners have been handed an allocation of 2,687 away tickets, all housed in the Arthur Wait Stand across blocks R, S and T.

Digital-only access

There will be no paper tickets. Every seat is being issued as an NFC digital pass, sent to the lead client on each booking and required to be added to a mobile device before arriving at Selhurst Park. Supporters are being urged to double-check that their email details are current.

Tickets are scheduled to be sent on Tuesday, May 19. Anyone still waiting by Thursday, May 21 is instructed to contact Arsenal’s Supporter Services Team on 020 7619 5000 (option 1).

Crystal Palace will check tickets at the turnstiles and may request ID. The name on the ticket must match the ID shown, and there will be no upgrades available on the day.

Strict seating and stadium rules

Fans who prefer to remain seated have been advised to buy strictly no-standing tickets in blocks R, S and T. Palace operate a zero-tolerance policy on standing in these designated rows and will deal with persistent standing on matchday.

Supporters aged 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over to enter the stadium.

Selhurst Park is fully cashless. No cash will be accepted at food and drink outlets in the away end, so cards or digital payment are essential.

The club is also urging fans only to buy a ticket if they genuinely plan to attend, with the clear aim of keeping the away end full, loud and used by committed Arsenal supporters.

Scan or lose your away points

Every turnstile entry matters. Arsenal track away attendance using access control data supplied directly by the hosting club. That scan at the gate is what confirms you were there – not a photo, not a receipt, not a train ticket or hotel booking.

If a ticket fails to scan at the relevant turnstile or a steward lets a supporter in via another entrance, fans are told to make sure the ticket is scanned before they enter the ground.

If the ticket is not scanned, Arsenal will not receive confirmation of attendance. The away match loyalty point credited for that fixture will then be removed from the member’s account. The club also reserves the right to remove further away points for repeated failures, in line with section 3.8 of the Arsenal Away Match Ticket Terms and Conditions for the 2025–2026 season.

New Away Ticket Exchange

For the 2025–2026 campaign, Arsenal are rolling out a new Away Ticket Exchange, replacing the previous Away Ticket Transfer system.

The exchange will open once an away allocation has sold out, giving supporters a controlled way to move tickets on while keeping them in the hands of genuine Arsenal fans.

Ticket collections will still be enforced alongside the exchange. Some supporters will be randomly selected and informed in advance that they must collect their tickets on the day; those fans will receive an email with full collection details.

Anyone collecting duplicate tickets at the stadium must show photo ID. The ID must match the name printed on the ticket, and photographs of ID will not be accepted. Third-party collections are not allowed.

Prices, concessions and disability access

Restricted View seats will be discounted by £1 or £2 from the standard ticket price.

For Disability Access members, the disability access ticket includes a complimentary personal assistant ticket, subject to eligibility. Supporters using concession-priced tickets must bring appropriate ID, as they may be asked to produce it on entry to the visiting end.

Sales phases and how to buy

All sales phases and tickets are subject to availability.

Supporters can purchase seats online, where booking fees apply. To complete a purchase, fans will need:

  • A valid password
  • A valid email address
  • A Platinum, Gold or Travel Club Membership number
  • Credit or debit card details

The numbers are limited, the rules are tight, and the away end will be under the spotlight. Those who make it through the turnstiles at Selhurst Park will know they’ve earned their place.
