Reports from the Daily Mail reveal that Arsenal’s assistant manager, Gabriel Heinze, personally contacted Martinez last week in an attempt to negotiate a move to the Premier League. At 29 years old, Martinez remains one of Europe’s most dangerous forwards, having scored 22 goals in 41 appearances last season. Arsenal viewed him as a perfect fit to spearhead Mikel Arteta’s attack.
Options Narrow as Alvarez and Osimhen Slip Away

Martinez mentioned owning a restaurant and having his children attend school there, adding, "I’ll always be here because I feel good, because I’m happy." He acknowledged football’s uncertainty but emphasized his loyalty to Inter unless circumstances change.

Failing to add a leading striker leaves Arteta with tough choices. Kai Havertz has started the season well but is often seen more as a versatile forward than a classic number nine.
