Arsenal Renew Interest in Endrick Transfer
Arsenal have gone back in for Endrick.
Real Madrid’s hierarchy have received fresh contact from the Premier League champions this week, with Arsenal again testing the waters over the Brazilian forward’s situation.
The renewed push comes as Arsenal line up attacking reinforcements ahead of the expected exit of Gabriel Martinelli, leaving the London club hunting for a new cutting edge in the final third.
Endrick’s future has been a running theme in Madrid all summer. The 20-year-old returned to Valdebebas after an impressive loan spell at Lyon, and talk quickly surfaced that another temporary move might follow to continue his development and guarantee minutes.
José Mourinho moved to shut that down, publicly insisting that his young striker will not be leaving before the transfer window closes. His stance has not killed the noise, though. Interest has kept circling, and Endrick’s name remains one of the most discussed at the Bernabéu.
Now Arsenal are back at the table. According to TEAMtalk, club sources at Real Madrid have confirmed that the Gunners have “made fresh enquiries” and “renewed their interest in the Brazilian wonderkid.”
This is not a new fascination. Arsenal previously sounded out Endrick’s availability during negotiations with Madrid over Vinícius Jr, using those talks to explore whether a deal for the former Palmeiras prodigy could be prised open.
They were rebuffed then. They have not given up now.
Whether Mourinho’s stance holds firm under sustained pressure, or Arsenal force Madrid into a decision on one of their brightest young assets, could shape the attacking landscape at both clubs for years to come.
