The team with the highest (closest to zero) TCS ranks higher. Should equality persist, FIFA rankings from June will decide who advances.

The top eight third-placed teams across all groups qualify based on points earned. When multiple teams share the same points, goal difference is considered next. Usually, teams with four or more points progress comfortably, while those with three need strong goal differences.
