Inter Milan Targets Curtis Jones Amid Frattesi Move

Inter Milan’s pursuit of Curtis Jones is beginning to open up, and the key could be a familiar Serie A domino.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Lazio have approached Inter for midfielder Davide Frattesi, a move that would free up space in Simone Inzaghi’s engine room and potentially accelerate talks with Liverpool for Jones.

Italian journalist Gianluigi Longari of TV Dello Sport backs that up, reporting that Inter have never cooled their interest in the Liverpool midfielder – and that the feeling is mutual. Jones is described as Inter’s first-choice target for the midfield, with the club working on outgoing deals, including Frattesi, to put themselves in a stronger position to meet Liverpool’s demands.

The plan is clear: move players out, then go back in for Jones with a renewed offer.

Crucially, Jones has already given the green light to the switch and wants the transfer. Now the pressure shifts to the negotiating table, where Inter and Liverpool will decide whether this long-distance courtship finally turns into a deal.
