5. Bosnia and Herzegovina
Ranked 65th in the FIFA World Rankings, the “Dragons” are the lowest-ranked UEFA team to qualify this year. Their entry was a shock in the European qualifiers, knocking out Italy, a four-time World Cup champion. Bosnia and Herzegovina reached as high as 13th in 2013 but have since dropped significantly. They face a group with Canada (27), Switzerland (17), and Qatar (51), which might give them a chance to advance.
