The Senegal international’s future has sparked rumors this summer, with Manchester United among his admirers. Transfer specialist Fabrizio Romano revealed that Ndiaye is open to a move to Al-Hilal, though the clubs still need to agree on a transfer fee.
Al-Hilal seem eager to strengthen their squad, following their recent signing of Crysencio Summerville from West Ham United.
Bournemouth Close to Signing Benfica Defender Antonio Silva
Bournemouth appear close to finalizing the acquisition of 22-year-old centre-back Antonio Silva from Benfica. The Portuguese defender was linked with a summer exit, and the Cherries have emerged as frontrunners to secure his signature.
According to Record, the deal is nearly done, pending only some last details. Silva is expected to play when Benfica takes on St Gallen in their Europa League second qualifying round second leg, but this could be his final appearance before the transfer is confirmed later this week.
Silva has featured 182 times across all competitions for Benfica and earned 20 caps for Portugal. Once seen as one of football’s top young centre-backs, he has struggled to maintain that form recently.
Newcastle Monitor Braga Goalkeeper Lukas Hornicek
Newcastle United have shown interest in Czech goalkeeper Lukas Hornicek, who plays for Braga. Despite monitoring him closely, Newcastle have yet to make an official offer for the 24-year-old.
Hornicek played 55 matches during the 2025-26 season and has totaled 88 appearances since breaking into Braga’s first team. Sky Sports News reports Newcastle want to add a new keeper, especially as Nick Pope may leave St James’ Park.
The 6ft 6in goalie reportedly has a £30 million release clause and has already declined a move to Hull City this summer. He could be Newcastle’s next number one if the deal goes through.
