Bournemouth are braced for the fight of their modern era. At the centre of it stands a 19-year-old French forward who has turned the Vitality Stadium into a launchpad – and now Europe’s elite are circling.
Eli Junior Kroupi has gone from promising import to headline act in a single Premier League season. Thirteen goals in 33 appearances since arriving from Lorient have done more than keep Bournemouth competitive; they have put him squarely on the radar of the game’s superpowers.

Bayern Munich have made initial enquiries as they look to inject youthful energy into their attack. Atalanta and Borussia Dortmund have also checked in at various points along his rapid rise.
Kroupi has become that rare thing: a forward who appears on almost every big club’s list.
