Liverpool’s Hungary international has signed a new five-year contract that ties him to Anfield until the age of 30, ending any lingering doubt over his future and underlining his status as one of the club’s central pillars for the next era.
A statement deal for club and player
Szoboszlai had entered the final two years of his previous agreement and talks had rumbled on for months.
