Vinicius Jr has boldly assured fans that Real Madrid will capture their 16th Champions League crown this season. Despite the team’s recent setbacks in the knockout rounds, the Brazilian forward remains certain the trophy will return to the Santiago Bernabeu.

Real Madrid come into Europe’s premier competition following their first league defeat of the season to Real Betis. Despite the loss, Vinicius, 26, who has contributed one goal and two assists in four appearances this season, stays positive about the team’s form.
“We’re starting the season brilliantly, despite our loss in the last game. We played well and created plenty of chances, which is most important. We need to stay focused on leading Real Madrid to the top, as we always want.”
