Last July, he left Sporting B for France in a deal worth just €2 million, his market value then sitting at a modest €400,000. Nine months on, that figure has exploded. From squad prospect to indispensable starter

Moreira fits that blueprint almost perfectly: 21 years old, left-sided, technically sharp, already tested in domestic and European competition, and still with plenty of room to develop.
But they are not alone.
Top clubs from Serie A and the Bundesliga have been tracking his emergence, alerted by the combination of minutes, maturity and numbers in his debut season. Any move from Old Trafford will land in a crowded marketplace, with several heavyweights ready to test Lyon’s resolve.
